Welcome to TrueCricket Academy. By enrolling yourself or your ward in our programs, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment and Admission
- Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the availability of slots and the fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
- The academy reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant without assigning any reason.
- All required documentation must be submitted during the registration process.
2. Fees and Payments
- All fees must be paid in advance as per the schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring timely fee payments.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to, absence, withdrawal, or dismissal.
- Delayed payments may attract a late fee as determined by the management.
3. Code of Conduct
- All students must adhere strictly to the academy's rules, regulations, and code of conduct. Discipline is paramount.
- Respect for coaches, staff, and fellow players is mandatory. Any form of bullying, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in strict disciplinary action, including potential expulsion.
- Students are required to wear the prescribed academy uniform during all training sessions and matches.
- Damage to academy property or equipment due to negligence or misconduct will be charged to the concerned student or their guardian.
4. Training and Schedules
- TrueCricket Academy reserves the right to modify training schedules, timings, and coaching staff as deemed necessary for operational reasons.
- While we strive to provide advance notice, schedules may be altered at short notice due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Health and Safety
- Parents/Guardians must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions of the student at the time of admission.
- The academy is not liable for any injuries sustained by the student during training, matches, or any other related activity. We recommend that all students have personal health insurance.
6. Liability
- The academy is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal belongings of the students. Students are advised not to bring valuable items to the academy.
7. Amendments to Terms
- TrueCricket Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be communicated via appropriate channels and will be effective immediately.
