Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TrueCricket Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and facilities. Our fee structure is designed to cover the operational costs associated with scheduling, coaching staff, ground maintenance, and equipment. We request all parents and students to review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

General Policy

Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy applies to all our programs, including regular coaching, specialized camps, and online courses. When you enroll, you are reserving a spot that is no longer available to other potential students.

Cancellations

• Cancellation by the Student/Parent: If you choose to withdraw from a program after enrollment and payment, no refund will be issued for the fees already paid, regardless of the reason for withdrawal or the number of sessions attended.
• Cancellation by the Academy: In the rare event that the academy has to cancel a program or a batch, a full or pro-rata refund for the unattended sessions will be offered to the enrolled students.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen and serious circumstances can occur. In exceptional cases, such as a severe, long-term medical condition (supported by a certified doctor's note) or family relocation to another city, a partial refund or credit for future programs may be considered.

• All such requests must be submitted in writing to the management, along with verifiable supporting documents.
• The decision to grant a partial refund or credit rests solely at the discretion of the TrueCricket Academy management.
• Any refund approved under these circumstances will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, after deducting administrative charges.

Online Courses

• For online coaching subscriptions, payments are recurring as per the selected plan (e.g., monthly, quarterly).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period once it has commenced.
